Privacy & Data Notice

When you fill out an enquiry form or contact us through our website or Meta ads, we collect:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Course interest and preferences
• IP address (for security and fraud prevention)
• Form submission metadata (timestamp, source platform)
• Meta advertising identifiers (fbc, fbp) if you arrived via a Meta ad

Your data is used solely for:

• Admissions follow-up — our team will contact you to discuss your interest in Logam Portal courses
• Course matching — to recommend the programme that best fits your background and goals
• Meta ad attribution — to measure which ads are effective so we can show relevant content to people genuinely interested in our courses

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Your personal data is accessible only to:

• Logam Portal admins and assigned sales / admissions staff
• Platform infrastructure providers (Vercel, Neon DB) under strict data processing agreements
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — in hashed, non-reversible form for ad attribution only

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Lead data is retained for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us. After this period, data is automatically anonymised or deleted.

If you request erasure at any time, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Under applicable data protection law (including GDPR Article 17), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Objection — object to processing of your data for marketing purposes
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

We take the security of your data seriously. Measures in place include:

• AES-256 encryption at rest on all database storage
• TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit for all data transfers
• JWT-based session authentication with short-lived tokens
• Audit logs on all data access and status changes
• Email and phone data hashed (SHA-256) before being shared with Meta CAPI
• Regular automated database backups via Neon DB branching
